1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and maintaining candidate profiles.
2. Support the employee onboarding process and manage employee communications.
3. Validate bi-weekly Time & Attendance reports using the HR system for Australia.
4. Coordinate learning and development activities.
5. Organize and support employee engagement activities.
6. Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.

1. Strong organizational and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Canva.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Flexibility and adaptability with a willingness to learn.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background is necessary.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
