Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting and arranging interviews.
- Maintain employees' e-Personal files.
- Support the employee onboarding process and draft employee movement announcements.
- Prepare and create bi-weekly Time & Attendance reports using ENTO for tracking overtime in Australia.
- Update records on the employee staff purchase quota management system.
- Support the team with updates on statutory requirements for various markets in the region.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
