1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, arranging interviews, and maintaining candidate profiles.
2. Maintain employees' electronic personal files.
3. Support the employee onboarding process and draft employee movement announcements.
4. Prepare and create bi-weekly Time & Attendance reports using ENTO for tracking overtime in Australia.
5. Update records on the employee staff purchase quota management system.
6. Support the team in updating statutory requirements for various markets in the region.
7. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

1. Organized and meticulous with the ability to work independently.
2. Adaptable to new ideas and methods of task execution.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented.
4. Proficient in MS Office applications and Canva.
