1. Conduct the full transaction cycle of payroll processing for multiple entities in Hong Kong and Macau.
2. Coordinate with various departments on payroll-related documents, including sales commission, overtime records, and travel allowance.
3. Arrange approval for auto payments and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
4. Prepare monthly MPF and Macau ORSO/SSF contribution reports.
5. Compile month-end reports.
6. Assist in compensation and benefits administration.
7. Collaborate with HR colleagues on personnel movement to ensure timely filing of tax returns.
8. Ensure records are updated in the HRIS and other relevant systems.
9. Support the HR Shared Services Center with daily human resources operations.
10. Provide local support on HR Shared Services projects and initiatives.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.

1. Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
2. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua).
3. Strong PC skills, particularly in MS Excel.
4. Experience with BIPO and Workday is advantageous.

2-3 years of experience in payroll administration with accounting knowledge, preferably within the retail industry.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, or equivalent.
