1. Conduct monthly closures and analyses of workforce, personnel expenses, and social indicators.
2. Develop budgets and predictive models in collaboration with Operational Directors, HR Managers, and the Financial Department.
3. Perform ad hoc analyses and simulations of workforce and personnel expenses.
4. Deploy HR controlling tools, ensuring data reliability and information flow post-migration to SAP Analytics Cloud, maintaining references, and automating dashboards and analyses.
5. Collaborate with the Financial Department to ensure alignment and coherence between HR tools and financial systems.
6. Monitor organizations, security, and major HR processes in Workday for Corporate Departments.
7. Coordinate global recruitment tracking for a Corporate division.

1. Master's degree in Human Resources, Economics, or Finance.
2. Experience in audit or financial controlling within a matrix environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, and data visualization is advantageous.
3. Project management experience and familiarity with information systems.
4. Knowledge of Workday and SAP Analytics Cloud is a significant advantage.
5. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and rigor.
6. Organizational skills, teamwork, and deadline adherence.
7. Ability to manage confidential data.
8. Fluency in French and English.

Demonstrated experience in financial or HR controlling in a multicultural environment.

Master's degree in Human Resources, Economics, or Finance.
