Kering Human Resources Controller

- Conduct monthly closures and analyses of workforce, personnel expenses, and social indicators.
- Develop budgets and predictive models in collaboration with Operational Directors, HR Managers, and the Financial Department.
- Perform ad hoc analyses and simulations of workforce and personnel expenses.
- Deploy HR controlling tools, ensuring data reliability and information flow post-migration to SAP Analytics Cloud, maintaining references, and automating dashboards and analyses.
- Collaborate with the Financial Department to ensure alignment and coherence between HR tools and financial systems.
- Monitor organizations, security, and major HR processes in Workday for Corporate Departments.
- Coordinate global recruitment tracking for a Corporate division.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Economics, or Finance.
- Experience in audit or financial controlling within a matrix environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, and data visualization is advantageous.
- Project management experience and familiarity with information systems.
- Knowledge of Workday and SAP Analytics Cloud is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and rigor.
- Organizational skills, teamwork, and deadline adherence.
- Ability to manage confidential data.
- Fluency in French and English.
Demonstrated experience in financial or HR controlling in a multicultural environment.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Economics, or Finance.
