- Assist in the administration of monthly payroll processes.
- Support Compensation and Benefits operations.
- Coordinate with various departments on payroll-related documents, including sales commissions, overtime records, and travel allowances.
- Prepare various HR reports.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Manage daily administration of the HRIS system.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll administration.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong and Macau Employment Ordinance, IRD Ordinance, and MPF scheme Ordinance.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua).
- Competent in MS Excel and other PC applications.
- Experience with BIPO and Workday is advantageous.
1-2 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably within the retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, or equivalent.
