Kering Human Resources Advisor

- Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners, maintaining accurate employee records and databases using Workday.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for new and exiting employees.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing questions about HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management presentations.
- Archive HR documentation and ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, company policies, and legal regulations.
- Manage relationships with rental property owners and related contracts, in collaboration with the legal team.
- Coordinate with external agencies supplying temporary workers.
- Coordinate university partnerships for internship programs, handling related administrative responsibilities.
- Support line managers in implementing HR projects, processes, and initiatives.
- Assist with communication activities and HR engagement projects.
- Occasionally assist with the recruiting process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and processes.
- Proficiency in Workday is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Proficiency in English at C1 level.
- Strong ethics, reliability, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Keen eye for detail, particularly in data management and documentation.
- Analytical and solution-oriented, able to identify issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
