Kering HR Operations Coordinator

1. Maintain and update employment records and personnel information within the HRIS, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes.
2. Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policy, payroll accuracy, benefits changes, and personnel updates.
3. Assist with internal audits to ensure data accuracy within HRIS and compliance with payroll and policy changes.
4. Support special projects within HR Shared Services and brand-specific initiatives.
5. Manage benefits administration, including new hire enrollment, benefits billing, COBRA administration, and vendor interfacing.
6. Distribute bi-weekly payroll checks and manage incoming HR department mail.

1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. 1-2 years of relevant experience in human resources or a related field.

2. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
4. Excellent organizational skills and thoroughness.

$28.00 - $29.00 per hour plus incentives.
