- Ensure high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence in all brand interactions.
- Review, prepare, and issue employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, ensuring compliance with brand-specific guidelines.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, aligning with Workday data and benefit guidelines.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, tracking the return of signed documentation.
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely processing of hires, changes, payments, and terminations.
- Create and maintain electronic personnel files, ensuring secure storage and archiving.
- Issue probation confirmation letters promptly for all brands.
- Verify and record Right to Work documents in compliance with legislative requirements before issuing contracts.
- Provide accurate employment reference letters.
- Respond to employee and stakeholder queries via the Kering Connect ticketing system within agreed service levels.
- Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented approach to HR service delivery.
- Support the HR Operations Manager with audit information requests.
- Produce ad-hoc reports and analyze data as requested.
- Generate monthly reports on employee data.
- Support local and global projects as needed.
- Proven experience in HR operations or a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday.
- Understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Candidates should possess proven experience in HR operations or a similar administrative role, with a strong understanding of HR systems and employment legislation.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
