- Support talent acquisition programs to enhance the company's employer brand.
- Assist in leveraging recruitment analytics for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the adoption and utilization of talent management tools.
- Participate in the implementation of talent development initiatives.
- Assist in the administration and coordination of learning and development programs.
- Support ongoing projects related to digital learning.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in learning and development.
- Assist in the performance review process, including preparation of communication materials.
- Link performance outcomes to recognition programs and development opportunities.
- Organize and analyze performance data across teams for improvement.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Passion for people development and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in human resources and talent development is essential.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
Exposure to regional HR practices and strategic talent initiatives, along with practical experience in learning program management and performance processes.
