1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources Shared Service Centre (HRSSC), including filing, reporting, letter preparation, and invoice verification across various platforms.
2. Maintain employee records within HR systems such as Workday and PeopleDoc.
3. Assist and support HRSSC in daily human resources operations as required.
4. Administer various compensation and benefits programs, including staff discount programs, medical insurance, and MPF/Pension enrollment.
5. Support ad-hoc assignments as needed.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field.
2. 1 year of experience in HR operations.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. High level of integrity for handling sensitive and confidential information.
5. Proficient in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR-related legislation.
6. Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese, with Mandarin proficiency.
7. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
8. Experience with Workday is advantageous.

1 year of experience in HR operations is required.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
