Kering HR Cost Controller

- Drive and support the monthly actual closing of personnel costs and headcount from Workday and payroll tools to the HR controlling tool.
- Manage the HR Controlling Forecast/Budget process.
- Support knowledge management and provide high-level functional support.
- Maintain and update standards in connection with Core HR and Finance teams.
- Organize and conduct training for the HR Controlling Community.
- Perform regular communication on HR Controlling topics to the Group Houses.
- Secure HR controlling tool consistency and data quality.
- Play a key role in the development of the new HRCC tool.
- Improve alignment of Finance/HR Master data.
- Support functional evolutions of HR controlling tools.
- Perform ad hoc Group personnel cost analysis.
- Create standard reports for the Group and Houses.
- Support the creation of BI Dashboards.
- Graduated in Business Administration, Management, or similar.
- 7-8 years of experience in a finance controlling team, audit, or similar, ideally in the fashion industry or complex companies.
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Italian is a plus.

7-8 years of experience in a finance controlling team, audit, or similar, ideally in the fashion industry or complex companies.
Graduated in Business Administration, Management, or similar.
