Kering HR Cost Controller

1. Drive and support the monthly actual closing of personnel costs and headcount from Workday and payroll tools to the HR controlling tool.
2. Manage the HR Controlling Forecast/Budget process.
3. Support knowledge management and provide high-level functional support.
4. Maintain and update standards in connection with Core HR and Finance teams.
5. Organize and conduct training for the HR Controlling Community.
6. Perform regular communication on HR Controlling topics to the Group Houses.
7. Secure HR controlling tool consistency and data quality.
8. Play a key role in the development of the new HRCC tool.
9. Improve alignment of Finance/HR Master data.
10. Support functional evolutions of HR controlling tools.
11. Perform ad hoc Group personnel cost analysis.
12. Create standard reports for the Group and Houses.
13. Support the creation of BI Dashboards.

1. Graduated in Business Administration, Management, or similar.
2. 7-8 years of experience in a finance controlling team, audit, or similar, ideally in the fashion industry or complex companies.
3. Fluent in English, knowledge of Italian is a plus.

7-8 years of experience in a finance controlling team, audit, or similar, ideally in the fashion industry or complex companies.

Graduated in Business Administration, Management, or similar.
