Kering HR Cost Controller

- Lead and support the monthly actual closing and bi-annual forecast processes for HR costs and headcounts using Workday and payroll tools.
- Provide functional support and high-level expertise to HR controlling departments across the brands.
- Maintain and update standards, training materials, and user guides in collaboration with Core HR and Finance teams.
- Facilitate the HR Controlling Community through committees, events, and worldwide training sessions.
- Ensure data consistency and quality within the HR controlling tool and support the development of new HRCC tools.
- Conduct ad hoc personnel cost analysis and create standard reports for the Group and its brands.
- Support the creation of BI dashboards and improve alignment between Finance and HR data.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 7-8 years of experience in financial controlling, audit, or similar roles, preferably within the fashion industry or complex organizations.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in Italian considered an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic knowledge of Power BI.
- Understanding of accounting principles and HR controlling processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with IT teams and a problem-solving mindset.
7-8 years of experience in financial controlling, audit, or similar roles, ideally within the fashion industry or complex organizations.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or similar field.
