1. Implement people management processes in collaboration with managers to achieve organizational goals.
2. Lead Organizational Design & Effectiveness initiatives to support brand growth and team performance.
3. Oversee Performance and Talent Management processes to facilitate employee development.
4. Support employee life cycle processes.
5. Assist in identifying current and future human resource needs and develop strategic plans.
6. Promote a collaborative work environment and encourage open communication.
7. Ensure timely and budget-compliant talent acquisition to support organizational growth.
8. Implement Compensation & Benefits, Budgeting, and Reporting processes.
9. Collaborate with external consultants to support HR administrative processes.

1. Significant experience in a similar HR role.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
5. Fluency in Italian and English.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

A significant experience in a similar HR role is required.
