1. Assist in executing core HR processes including talent management, performance management, and training needs analysis.
2. Support the development and implementation of the Graduate Program.
3. Coordinate internship activations and manage the onboarding process, serving as the primary contact for daily support.
4. Participate in monthly alignment meetings with APAC, AMER, and EMEA regions to ensure coordination on HR initiatives.
5. Maintain and update organizational charts to reflect structural changes.
6. Create and manage visual content for internal communication tools to promote key initiatives.
7. Provide logistical and operational support for workplace events.
8. Collect and analyze HR-related data to generate insights for workforce planning.
9. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on key HR metrics.

1. Graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Economics, HR, Business Management, or related fields.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
2. Proactive and collaborative mindset.
3. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Fluency in English; Italian language skills are advantageous.

No prior experience required, but relevant internships or coursework in HR or related fields are beneficial.

Graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Economics, HR, Business Management, or related fields.
