- Assist in executing core HR processes including talent management, performance management, and training needs analysis.
- Support the development and implementation of the Graduate Program.
- Coordinate internship activations and manage the onboarding process, serving as the primary contact for daily support.
- Participate in monthly alignment meetings with APAC, AMER, and EMEA regions to ensure coordination on HR initiatives.
- Maintain and update organizational charts to reflect structural changes.
- Create and manage visual content for internal communication tools to promote key initiatives.
- Provide logistical and operational support for workplace events.
- Collect and analyze HR-related data to generate insights for workforce planning.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on key HR metrics.
- Graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Economics, HR, Business Management, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English; Italian language skills are advantageous.
No prior experience required, but relevant internships or coursework in HR or related fields are beneficial.
Graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Economics, HR, Business Management, or related fields.
