Kering HR Advisor Apprentice

- Support HR Advisors in all administrative tasks related to personnel management, including various contract types such as internships, apprenticeships, temporary and permanent contracts.
- Assist in the communication and implementation of internal HR policies, including leave, maternity, performance, and other corporate guidelines.
- Regularly update HR tracking tools, including Workday and other dashboards.
- Monitor HR deadlines such as probation periods, contract renewals, and other employee lifecycle events.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision.
- Comfortable working in a complex, international, and constantly evolving environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools, particularly Workday, is advantageous.
No prior experience required, but an understanding of HR processes and tools is beneficial.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
