Kering HR Advisor Apprentice

1. Support HR Advisors in all administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle management, including contract administration for interns, apprentices, fixed-term, and permanent employees.
2. Collaborate with the shared HR service center for administrative and payroll support.
3. Communicate internal HR policies regarding leave, maternity, agreements, performance, and charters.
4. Regularly update HR tracking tools such as Workday and dashboards.
5. Monitor HR deadlines including probation periods, contract renewals, absences, and telework arrangements.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

1. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong sense of service.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and organization.
4. Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
5. Familiarity with HRIS tools, particularly Workday, is advantageous.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in human resources and administrative tasks is essential.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources or equivalent.
