Kering HR Advisor Apprentice

- Support HR Advisors in administrative tasks related to personnel administration, including various contract types such as internships, apprenticeships, fixed-term, and permanent contracts.
- Facilitate communication of internal HR policies, including leave policies, performance agreements, and charters.
- Regularly update HR tracking tools such as Workday and dashboards.
- Monitor HR deadlines, including probation periods, contract renewals, absences, overtime, and teleworking arrangements.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and organization.
- Comfortable in an international, complex, and ever-changing environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS tools, particularly Workday, is advantageous.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in human resources and administration is essential.
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
