1. Manage and oversee Health & Safety activities, including risk assessments, contractor training, and regulatory compliance across all Italian sites.
2. Serve as the Company RSPP, fulfilling all associated duties and responsibilities.
3. Analyze incidents and implement corrective measures.
4. Organize training sessions, medical examinations, and evacuation drills.
5. Collaborate on certifications and audits, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SA 8000, and UNI Pdr 125.
6. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
7. Lead the Incident Investigation Process and facilitate communication with internal departments.
8. Maintain and manage Health & Safety documentation and archives.
9. Perform internal audits and update HSE documentation as legally required.
10. Liaise with relevant public authorities.

1. Degree in Workplace Safety and Prevention Technician or related field.
2. Significant experience in a similar role.

1. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Interest in Health and Safety issues with a problem-solving approach.
4. Basic knowledge of Risk Assessment methodologies.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Fluency in Italian and English.
7. Willingness to travel frequently to various sites.

Significant experience in a similar Health & Safety role is required.

Degree in Workplace Safety and Prevention Technician or related field.
