Kering Head of Legal Shared Services

- Lead and manage the legal shared services team for Italy and Switzerland.
- Provide legal advice and consultancy to various departments including Sales, Operations, Procurement, and IT.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Draft, analyze, and negotiate contracts in Italian and English across multiple departments.
- Manage disputes and litigations effectively.
- Conduct legal research and prepare opinions.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and manage legal budgets.
- Oversee the training and coordination of a legal team of three.
- Implement processes and contract models to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory models, including 231 models.
- Drive continuous improvement in legal service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with business objectives.
- Law degree.
- Significant in-house legal experience with a focus on commercial agreements.
- Experience managing legal shared services or centralized legal functions.
- In-depth knowledge of Italian and Swiss legal systems.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is advantageous.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
