- Deliver finance transformation core model in Greater China by assessing local business processes and defining architecture with core applications.
- Promote the use of core solutions to replace legacy systems and ensure compliance with localization constraints.
- Document and share business processes and drive the deployment of Kering Finance Academy to support process adoption.
- Prepare for data migration from legacy applications to SAP FMS and deploy the full solution landscape.
- Implement and support target finance macro-processes and drive organizational change within China Mainland FSSC and Corporate organization.
- Anticipate the implementation of SAP S/4 Hana, addressing gaps between S/4 and FMS in business processes and data management.
- Anticipate the decommissioning of JDA and the implementation of retail back-office.
- Manage SAP FMS implementation, ensuring the global Finance Transformation methodology is applied.
- Promote Insight (Power BI) dashboards & SAP-AFO as the main sources of analytics for stakeholders.
- Foster the use of controlling tools in SAP, and adapt to brands' own organization across Greater China geographies (CN/TW/HK/MO).
- Coordinate localization of adoption tools and support progress towards Fast Close & Continuous Accounting.
- Establish a support structure for key-user support in Brands & SSCs, ensure continuous enhancements and implement KPIs to help monitor process performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop resources to maintain the transformation capabilities.
- Lead a team of 2 and external consultants.
- Collaborate with regional FP&A lead, local/regional heads of SSCs & Corporate, Greater China brand finance teams, regional/global brand CFOs, internal control teams, and KerTech/SAP CoE teams.
- Proven track record in finance transformation and SAP implementation.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects in a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and systems, particularly in the luxury sector.
- Expertise in SAP FMS and SAP S/4 Hana.
- Proficiency in Power BI and SAP-AFO for analytics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Extensive experience in finance transformation projects, particularly within the luxury fashion industry, and familiarity with the Greater China market.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
