Kering Head of Data & AI Strategy

- Define and cascade the Group-level Data & AI vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with Kering’s business priorities and ambition.
- Frame, sponsor and prioritize flagship Data & AI programs and transformation initiatives across the Group and its Houses to deliver measurable business value.
- Identify high-impact AI opportunities (including agentic approaches where relevant) and breakthrough data/AI services tailored to the luxury sector.
- Evolve the Data & AI operating model, embedding governance, product/portfolio management and scalability across Houses, Tech & Digital teams.
- Lead market intelligence and ecosystem engagement: track frontier AI trends, evaluate hyperscalers/startups/academia and identify strategic partnerships.
- Oversee Data & AI governance in close collaboration with Legal and ensure responsible AI principles are operationalized.
- Shape executive-level communications, board storytelling and influence senior stakeholders to secure endorsement and investment.
- Drive internal adoption through targeted communications, training, communities and public-facing thought leadership to increase visibility and engagement.
- Proven leadership of Data & AI strategy and enterprise-scale transformation programs, preferably in multi-brand or multi-business environments.
- Demonstrable experience influencing senior executives and securing cross-functional alignment without direct hierarchical authority.
- Strong knowledge of AI concepts, responsible AI, data governance, product and portfolio management, and modern operating models.
- Track record of structuring and delivering high-impact, measurable data and AI initiatives end-to-end.
- Experience managing and developing a small strategic team (typically 3–5 direct reports).
- Fluent English required; French and/or Italian a distinct advantage.

Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in data and AI strategy, transformation or management consulting, with documented impact on strategic programs across complex, multi-stakeholder organisations; luxury industry experience is a plus.
Advanced degree preferred (Master’s, MBA or equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
