1. Serve as the primary contact for clients visiting The Mall Luxury Outlets, providing assistance and excellent customer service.
2. Act as a personal shopper for clients upon request.
3. Track individual travelers and groups using digital tools.
4. Ensure prompt follow-up on client requests received via email and phone, coordinating with the Tourism Marketing Team.
5. Contribute to the development of the Welcome & VIP Lounge.
6. Collaborate with partners to maintain high service standards.
7. Monitor and ensure consistency of the InMall image with brand guidelines, updating the Marketing team regularly.
8. Promote and sell The Mall Luxury Outlets Collection, contributing to merchandising storytelling and tracking sales and client feedback.
9. Support the development of the loyalty program, engaging clients in subscription and rewards management.

1. Organized and flexible multi-tasker.
2. Professional with proven relational skills; fashion and luxury background is a plus.
3. Fluent Chinese speaker; additional languages are a plus.
4. Competent sales provider with proven experience.
5. Team player with a proactive and positive approach.

1. Expert user of MS Office Suite

Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the fashion and luxury sectors.
