1. Serve as the primary contact for clients visiting The Mall Luxury Outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service.
2. Act as a personal shopper for clients upon request.
3. Track individual travelers and groups using digital tools provided by The Mall Luxury Outlets.
4. Promptly follow up on client requests received via email and phone, coordinating with the Tourism Marketing Team.
5. Contribute to the development of the Welcome & VIP Lounge as part of the Welcome Lounge team.
6. Collaborate with partners of The Mall Luxury Outlets to maintain high service standards.
7. Monitor the InMall image for consistency with brand guidelines and update the Marketing team regularly.
8. Promote and sell The Mall Luxury Outlets Collection, enhancing merchandising storytelling and tracking sales and client feedback.
9. Support the development of The Mall Luxury Outlets loyalty program by engaging clients in subscription, points accumulation, and managing rewards redemption.

1. Proven relational skills, with a background in fashion and luxury considered advantageous.
2. Fluency in Chinese, with additional languages seen as a plus.
3. Competent sales provider with proven field experience.

3. Expert user of MS Office Suite.

Demonstrated experience in sales and customer service within the luxury sector.
