1. Support the Group Talent Acquisition team in developing impactful communication campaigns and assets for internal and external audiences.
2. Collaborate with the team to organize and coordinate successful campus events, including career days and online initiatives.
3. Assist in managing exploratory interviews with students during campus career days to foster meaningful connections.
4. Develop relationships with key stakeholders to enhance Kering's attractiveness to top talent.
5. Contribute to internal projects focused on improving the candidate experience.

1. Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken. Additional languages are advantageous.

1. Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
2. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and graphic design tools.
3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
4. Ability to create engaging communication materials.
5. Team-oriented with a proactive and flexible approach.

No prior experience is required, but a passion for Talent Acquisition and Human Resources is essential.

Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
