1. Support the Group Internal Audit Director in executing the audit plan and lead daily audit activities.
2. Conduct assigned audits from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful completion.
3. Participate in opening meetings to present audit scope, objectives, and methodology.
4. Analyze business processes, identify risks and controls, and document findings per IIA standards and Kering methodology.
5. Propose practical, value-added recommendations to address control gaps and inefficiencies.
6. Ensure audit conclusions are well-supported by evidence and a thorough understanding of processes and risks.
7. Help enhance risk management, control, and governance by evaluating existing controls.
8. Advise Corporate and Houses on policy and process improvements to maintain strong internal controls.
9. Join closing meetings to clearly explain audit findings.
10. Draft concise, informative audit reports to communicate results and recommendations.
11. Present findings in closing meetings and draft clear, concise audit reports with actionable recommendations.
12. Build and maintain professional relationships across all organizational levels.
13. Support ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as needed.

1. Degree in Business, Finance, Management Engineering, or equivalent.
2. International mindset with multicultural experience; Retail/Luxury background is a plus.
3. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
4. High integrity and ethics aligned with Kering’s values, strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Independent, organized, detail-oriented, and methodical, Team player, goal-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines.
6. Willing to travel globally up to 50%, with peaks based on business needs.
7. CIA or similar certification is a plus.
8. Proficient in MS Office; Power BI and SAP Hana knowledge are a plus.
9. Fluent in English and Italian; other languages are an asset.
