Kering Group Compensation & Benefits Manager

- Lead the group's participation in general and sector-specific compensation surveys and analyze results to guide strategic decisions.
- Contribute to the design of compensation and benefits policies through in-depth data analysis.
- Support the Houses in developing competitive and tailored compensation packages.
- Manage the implementation of a new compensation analysis tool and salary structure framework.
- Participate in preparing compliance with regulatory changes related to salaries.
- Conduct training sessions and presentations on compensation and benefits topics.
- Contribute to the revision and evolution of international mobility policies.
- Manage relationships with survey providers and other vendors, including contract negotiation and monitoring.
- Develop a deep understanding of the roles and organizations within the Group's Houses.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience within a C&B team or consulting firm.
- Proficiency in multi-country project management techniques and comfort in an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, surveys, and job evaluation methods (e.g., Hay Method).
- Familiarity with international mobility practices is advantageous.
- Versatile and effective listener with the ability to be assertive when necessary.
- Recognized communication skills.
- Ability to structure ideas and rigorous in numerical data analysis.
- Methodological pillar ensuring equity within the Group.
- Strong team spirit and ability to establish quality relationships with diverse local stakeholders, including non-French speakers.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a natural affinity for digital tools.
- Fluent in English.
5 to 7 years of experience in a compensation and benefits team or consulting firm.
