1. Support the rollout of global Inclusion & Diversity initiatives, including awareness campaigns, internal networks, and training sessions.
2. Participate in data collection and analysis to align with the Inclusion and Diversity strategy.
3. Assist in organizing meetings, webinars, and events.
4. Create impactful PowerPoint presentations and user-friendly Excel documents.
5. Contribute to internal and external communication content creation.
6. Proofread and adjust documents such as guides and training materials.
7. Conduct research on best practices and trends in Inclusion & Diversity.

1. Enrolled in a Master's degree program (M2) in a Business School or University for 2026/2027.
2. Strong understanding of project management and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
3. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, including basic functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
4. Ability to develop engaging communication content.
5. Fluent in English; French or Italian is a plus.
6. Genuine interest in Inclusion & Diversity topics.
