- Assist in the governance of accounting processes across local and regional SSCs worldwide, including definition, control, and animation.
- Engage with various finance streams such as OTC, PTP, and RTR to develop a comprehensive skill set.
- Contribute to performance measurement definitions for SSCs and related KPIs.
- Participate in the continuous training of accounting teams within SSCs and ensure adherence to Kering's accounting standards.
- Monitor the effectiveness of accounting processes by defining operational KPIs and implementing weekly reporting.
- Develop and contribute to the learning journey of accountants, including the creation and implementation of a training curriculum.
- Ensure process documentation is current and accurate.
- Co-animate and serve as a reference for accounting excellence, preparing meeting documentation and sharing best practices.
- Act as a process reference for various stakeholders at the Group level, including Finance Transformation, Treasury, Legal, and Internal Audit.
- Involve in group projects impacting accounting processes and remediation plans related to system migrations (e.g., SAP).
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, or Finance, or enrolled in a business school/university with a specialization in Finance/Audit.
- Previous internship experience in Finance/Audit, preferably in strategic consulting.
- Proficiency in both English and French, spoken and written.
- Strong interest in ERP systems and broad transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
- Project management skills with effective communication across various levels of stakeholders.
- Aptitude for challenges and working in a dynamic environment.
A prior internship in finance or audit, ideally within strategic consulting, is required.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, or Finance, or a related field.
