1. Assist in the governance of accounting processes across local and regional SSCs worldwide, including definition, control, and animation.
2. Engage with various finance streams such as OTC, PTP, and RTR to develop a comprehensive skill set.
3. Contribute to performance measurement definitions for SSCs and related KPIs.
4. Participate in the continuous training of accounting teams within SSCs and ensure adherence to Kering's accounting standards.
5. Monitor the effectiveness of accounting processes by defining operational KPIs and implementing weekly reporting.
6. Develop and contribute to the learning journey of accountants, including the creation and implementation of a training curriculum.
7. Ensure process documentation is current and accurate.
8. Co-animate and serve as a reference for accounting excellence, preparing meeting documentation and sharing best practices.
9. Act as a process reference for various stakeholders at the Group level, including Finance Transformation, Treasury, Legal, and Internal Audit.
10. Involve in group projects impacting accounting processes and remediation plans related to system migrations (e.g., SAP).

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, or Finance, or enrolled in a business school/university with a specialization in Finance/Audit.
2. Previous internship experience in Finance/Audit, preferably in strategic consulting.
3. Proficiency in both English and French, spoken and written.

1. Strong interest in ERP systems and broad transformation initiatives.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
3. Project management skills with effective communication across various levels of stakeholders.
4. Aptitude for challenges and working in a dynamic environment.

A prior internship in finance or audit, ideally within strategic consulting, is required.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, or Finance, or a related field.
