Kering Global Accounting Process Performance Intern

- Participate in the governance of accounting processes within local and regional shared service centers globally, including defining, controlling, and animating processes.
- Engage in various streams of the Global Accounting Process Performance department, such as Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Record to Reporting (RTR).
- Contribute to the definition and measurement of performance for shared service centers and related KPIs.
- Support the continuous training of excellence for accounting teams within shared service centers and ensure compliance with Kering's accounting standards.
- Monitor the effectiveness of accounting processes by defining operational KPIs and implementing weekly reporting.
- Develop and contribute to the learning journey for accountants, including creating and implementing training programs.
- Ensure that process documentation is current and accurate.
- Co-animate and serve as a reference for Excellence in Accounting by preparing documentation for meetings and sharing best practices.
- Act as a process accounting reference for various stakeholders at the Group level, including Finance Transformation, Controlling, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Internal Audit, and Internal Control.
- Participate in all group projects impacting accounting processes and in remediation plans related to system migrations (SAP).
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, Finance, or enrolled in a business school/university with a specialization in Finance/Audit, ideally seeking an end-of-studies internship.
- Previous internship experience in Finance/Audit, preferably in strategic consulting.
- Fluency in both English and French, both written and spoken.
- Strong interest in ERP systems and transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with SAP knowledge being advantageous.
- Ability to work in a project-based environment with strong communication skills across various levels of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Previous internship experience in Finance or Audit, ideally within strategic consulting, is preferred.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, Finance, or a related field.
