Kering Global Accounting Process Performance Intern

- Assist in the governance of accounting processes within local and regional Shared Service Centers (SSCs) worldwide, including defining, controlling, and animating processes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of operational KPIs and weekly reporting to monitor process efficiency.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of training programs for accountants.
- Ensure that process documentation is current and accurate.
- Co-animate and serve as a reference for Excellence in Accounting, preparing documentation for meetings to discuss common issues and share best practices.
- Act as a process reference for various stakeholders across the Group, including Finance Transformation, Controlling, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Internal Audit, and Internal Control.
- Engage in projects impacting accounting processes and participate in remediation plans related to system migrations (SAP).
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, or Finance, or enrolled in a business school/university with a specialization in Finance/Audit.
- Previous internship experience in Finance/Audit, preferably in strategic consulting.
- Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Strong interest in ERP systems and broad transformation initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with SAP experience considered an advantage.
- Project management skills and effective communication with various levels of stakeholders.
- Aptitude for working in a challenging environment and embracing new challenges.
Previous internship experience in Finance or Audit, ideally within strategic consulting, is preferred.
Master's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, Finance, or related field.
