1. Assist in the governance of accounting processes within local and regional Shared Service Centers (SSCs) worldwide, including defining, controlling, and animating processes.
2. Participate in the development and implementation of operational KPIs and weekly reporting to monitor process efficiency.
3. Contribute to the creation and implementation of training programs for accountants.
4. Ensure that process documentation is current and accurate.
5. Co-animate and serve as a reference for Excellence in Accounting, preparing documentation for meetings to discuss common issues and share best practices.
6. Act as a process reference for various stakeholders across the Group, including Finance Transformation, Controlling, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Internal Audit, and Internal Control.
7. Engage in projects impacting accounting processes and participate in remediation plans related to system migrations (SAP).

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, or Finance, or enrolled in a business school/university with a specialization in Finance/Audit.
2. Previous internship experience in Finance/Audit, preferably in strategic consulting.

1. Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
2. Strong interest in ERP systems and broad transformation initiatives.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with SAP experience considered an advantage.
4. Project management skills and effective communication with various levels of stakeholders.
5. Aptitude for working in a challenging environment and embracing new challenges.

Previous internship experience in Finance or Audit, ideally within strategic consulting, is preferred.

Master's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, Finance, or related field.
