- Contribute to the governance of accounting processes within local and regional Shared Service Centers (SSCs) worldwide, including definition, control, and facilitation.
- Monitor the effectiveness of accounting processes by defining operational KPIs and implementing weekly reporting.
- Develop and contribute to the learning journey of accountants, including creating and implementing a training curriculum.
- Ensure process documentation is current and accurate.
- Co-animate and serve as a reference for Accounting Excellence.
- Prepare documentation for meetings to discuss common challenges and share best practices.
- Act as a process reference for all other stakeholders at the Group level, including Finance Transformation, Management Control, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Internal Audit, and Internal Control.
- Engage in all group projects impacting accounting processes and participate in remediation plans related to system migrations (SAP).
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, Finance, or enrolled in a business school/university with a Finance/Audit specialization.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Dynamic with a high capacity for adaptation.
- Interest in ERP systems and broad transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Project management skills.
No specific professional experience required, but relevant academic background and internships in finance or accounting are advantageous.
Master's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, Finance, or related field.
