1. Contribute to the governance of accounting processes within local and regional Shared Service Centers (SSCs) worldwide, including definition, control, and facilitation.
2. Monitor the effectiveness of accounting processes by defining operational KPIs and implementing weekly reporting.
3. Develop and contribute to the learning journey of accountants, including creating and implementing a training curriculum.
4. Ensure process documentation is current and accurate.
5. Co-animate and serve as a reference for Accounting Excellence.
6. Prepare documentation for meetings to discuss common challenges and share best practices.
7. Act as a process reference for all other stakeholders at the Group level, including Finance Transformation, Management Control, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Internal Audit, and Internal Control.
8. Engage in all group projects impacting accounting processes and participate in remediation plans related to system migrations (SAP).

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, Finance, or enrolled in a business school/university with a Finance/Audit specialization.
2. Fluency in English is mandatory.

3. Interest in ERP systems and broad transformation initiatives.
4. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
5. Project management skills.

No specific professional experience required, but relevant academic background and internships in finance or accounting are advantageous.

Master's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, Finance, or related field.
