1. Participate in the governance of accounting processes within local and regional Shared Services Centers (SSCs) globally.
2. Monitor the effectiveness of accounting processes by defining operational KPIs and implementing weekly reporting.
3. Develop and contribute to the learning paths of accountants, including the creation and implementation of training programs.
4. Ensure process documentation is current and accurate.
5. Co-animate and serve as a reference for Excellence in Accounting.
6. Prepare documentation for meetings to address common challenges and share best practices.
7. Act as a process accounting reference for stakeholders at the Group level, including Finance Transformation, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Internal Audit, and Internal Control.
8. Engage in all group projects impacting accounting processes, including remediation plans related to system migrations (SAP).

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, Finance, or enrolled in a business school/university with a specialization in Finance/Audit.

1. Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
2. Dynamic with a high adaptability.
3. Keen interest in ERP systems and broad transformation initiatives.
4. Proficiency in project-based work.
5. Fluent in English.
6. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

No prior professional experience required, though familiarity with accounting processes and ERP systems is beneficial.

Master's degree in progress in Accounting, Control, Audit, Finance, or related field.
