Global Accounting Process Performance Intern

1. Participate in the governance of accounting processes within local and regional Shared Service Centers (SSCs) worldwide.
2. Engage in various streams of the Global Accounting Process Performance department, including OTC, PTP, and RTR.
3. Contribute to defining and measuring the performance of SSCs and related KPIs.
4. Assist in the continuous training of accounting teams within SSCs and ensure compliance with Kering accounting standards.
5. Monitor the effectiveness of processes by defining operational KPIs and implementing weekly reporting.
6. Develop and contribute to the learning path for accountants, including creating and implementing a training program.
7. Ensure process documentation is up to date.
8. Co-animate and be a reference for Excellence Accounting.
9. Prepare documentation for meetings to discuss common issues and share best practices.
10. Act as a process reference for other stakeholders at the Group level, including Finance Transformation, Management Control, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Internal Audit, and Internal Control.
11. Be involved in all group projects impacting accounting processes and in remediation plans related to system migrations (SAP).

1. Student in a Master's program in Accounting/Control/Audit/Finance, or business school/university with a specialization in Finance/Audit.

3. Interest in ERP systems and transformation.
4. Project management skills.
5. Fluent in English.
6. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.

No specific experience required, as this is an internship position.
