1. Ensure regular maintenance and operational efficiency of The Mall Firenze’s buildings, systems, and services.
2. Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities across technical systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and elevators.
3. Act as a primary contact for suppliers, tenants, and third parties regarding facility and general service issues, providing timely support and managing emergencies effectively.
4. Support the Facility Management team in executing projects such as refurbishments, moves, maintenance interventions, and upgrades, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards.
5. Manage documentation including technical certifications, maintenance logs, and safety compliance reports, while monitoring regulatory deadlines.
6. Assist in budget tracking and cost control for facility-related expenses and evaluate bids and quotations from vendors.
7. Monitor service agreements and key performance indicators (KPIs) of vendors and contractors to ensure high service standards and continuous improvement.
8. Oversee the maintenance of green areas, ensuring a high-quality aesthetic standard aligned with the brand image.
9. Collaborate with Marketing, Tourism Marketing, or Communication teams for temporary setups, special visual arrangements, and events.

1. Professional specialized in facility management with relevant experience.
2. High School/Bachelor’s degree in surveying (geometra), engineering, architecture, or similar fields.

1. Motivated, reliable, organized, and autonomous with great attention to detail.
2. Flexible team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proactive and discreet with high ethical standards and integrity.
4. Proficient in MS Office suite.
5. Fluent in Italian with a good command of English, both spoken and written.

At least one prior working experience in facility management or related fields is required.

High School/Bachelor’s degree in surveying, engineering, architecture, or similar.
