Kering General Accounting Manager

1. Manage and oversee the Record to Report process for general accounting and monthly financial tracking of Kering retail entities.
2. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records, managing month-end and year-end closing processes according to local GAAP and IFRS.
3. Lead a team of accountants and ensure compliance with international and local accounting standards.
4. Supervise the accounting closing process, including general ledger, fixed assets, tax accounts, and intercompany flows.
5. Implement and maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
6. Act as a point of contact with auditors and external accounting and tax firms.
7. Identify process improvement opportunities and lead finance transformation projects.
8. Manage intercompany flows and collaborate with various departments to streamline processes.

1. Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
2. 10 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a shared services environment.

1. Strong accounting technical skills with expertise in local and international GAAP.
2. Proven team management skills and ability to motivate people.
3. Proficiency in Excel and operational proficiency in SAP.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
5. Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

10 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a shared services environment.

Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
