Kering General Accounting Manager

- Oversee the Record to Report process for general accounting, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Manage monthly and annual closing processes in compliance with local GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Supervise a team of accountants and ensure effective task distribution and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with international and local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial data integrity.
- Lead process improvements and finance transformation projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors and stakeholders.
- Manage intercompany flows and ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a shared services environment.
- Strong technical accounting skills with expertise in local and international GAAP.
- Proven team management and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and operational knowledge of SAP.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
A minimum of 10 years in a similar position, ideally within a shared services environment, demonstrating strong technical accounting skills and team management experience.
Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
