1. Oversee the Record to Report process for general accounting, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records.
2. Manage monthly and annual closing processes in compliance with local GAAP and IFRS standards.
3. Supervise a team of accountants and ensure effective task distribution and performance management.
4. Ensure compliance with international and local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial data integrity.
6. Lead process improvements and finance transformation projects.
7. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors and stakeholders.
8. Manage intercompany flows and ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting.
9. Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

1. Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
2. 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a shared services environment.
3. Strong technical accounting skills with expertise in local and international GAAP.

1. Proven team management and leadership skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel and operational knowledge of SAP.
3. Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
4. Excellent communication skills in English.

A minimum of 10 years in a similar position, ideally within a shared services environment, demonstrating strong technical accounting skills and team management experience.

Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
