1. Manage daily accounting operations for German retail entities within the group.
2. Prepare financial statements and analyze financial data.
3. Participate in monthly, semi-annual, and annual closings for German entities.
4. Prepare monthly reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
5. Manage fixed assets and review taxation, including VAT and other local taxes.
6. Coordinate with German tax experts for statutory adjustments and tax filings.
7. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
8. Collaborate with brand controllers, external auditors, and tax advisors.
9. Monitor and enhance internal controls to ensure data integrity.
10. Lead and participate in R2R process improvement projects.
11. Serve as the accounting liaison for German operations.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience as a general accountant, preferably in a shared service environment.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
4. Fluent in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
5. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.

3 to 5 years of experience in general accounting, ideally within a shared service center.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
