Kering Frontend and Customer Experience Intern

1. Support the eCommerce and Omnichannel team in developing the eCommerce platform for brands like Alexander McQueen, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, and Bottega Veneta.
2. Contribute to Headless and Redesign projects by integrating new technical tools and redesigning websites.
3. Manage content in emails, legal content, and create new functionalities for the eCommerce platform.
4. Gather brand requirements for new transactional and relational emails.
5. Define email content with brands and integrate texts using internal tools.
6. Collect new legal requirements for all brands and publish legal pages for the new eCommerce Headless platform.
7. Inform teams and stakeholders about updates.
8. Participate in gathering brand requirements and designing functionalities and processes related to the eCommerce platform.
9. Participate in testing and training activities.
10. Create and update training documents.
