1. Define and enforce front-end architecture principles, frameworks, and component libraries.
2. Co-design the front-end strategy in collaboration with architects, product, and platform tech lead.
3. Review pull requests and set best practices for performance, accessibility, and testing.
4. Promote shared UI components and enforce consistent design system usage across brands/products.
5. Work closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Back-End Engineers to build coherent, testable features.
6. Select and maintain front-end tools, analyze performance, and improve load time and runtime behavior.
7. Encourage automation of tests (unit, e2e, visual regression) and track key metrics such as LCP, CLS, and error rate.

1. 5 years of experience in front-end development, including 1 to 2 years as a front-end lead developer or front-end technical lead.
2. Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, performance optimization, and SSR/CSR/ISR.
3. Ability to collaborate with designers and think user-first.
4. Experience in scalable architecture, code reuse, and cross-team UI patterns.
5. Ability to deliver quickly while maintaining high technical quality.
6. Proficiency in both English and French.

1. Deep understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
2. Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving.
3. Clear, structured communication and ability to lead by influence.
4. Autonomy, proactivity, and accountability.
5. Experience with Next.js, headless frontends, and composable backends.

5 years of experience in front-end development, including 1 to 2 years as a front-end lead developer or front-end technical lead.
