Kering FP&A Analyst

1. Establish a robust FP&A team to support Kering Group functions and emerging brands in Korea.
2. Ensure quality and timely consolidation and corporate reporting to the group using HFM (Hyperion).
3. Streamline budget and forecast processes in collaboration with regional and global teams.
4. Enhance reports and dashboards through business intelligence solutions such as Power BI and SAC.
5. Participate in Business Intelligence transformation and SAP implementation projects.
6. Design and adopt new KPIs, metrics, and dashboards for performance analysis.
7. Provide monthly financial analysis to brands and Kering group for performance monitoring.
8. Deliver sound budgeting and forecasting, including EVA for new stores and business development.
9. Facilitate financial activities leveraging internal teams and oversee audits.
10. Ensure compliance with KGAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
11. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop business flows and mitigate risks.
12. Conduct profit analysis and lead business performance review meetings.
13. Support monthly and year-end closing reports and variance analysis.
14. Prepare annual budget and forecast projections.

1. Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A functions.
2. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, and variance analysis.
3. Knowledge of SAP and experience with SAP implementation is a plus.
4. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
5. Fluency in Korean with strong written and verbal English skills.
