Kering FP&A Analyst

- Develop and support a standalone FP&A team for Kering Group functions and emerging brands in Korea.
- Ensure quality and timely consolidation and corporate reporting to the group using HFM (Hyperion).
- Streamline budget and forecast processes in collaboration with regional and global teams, enhancing reports and dashboards with business intelligence solutions.
- Participate in Business Intelligence transformation and SAP implementation projects, designing new KPIs and dashboards.
- Provide monthly financial analysis to brands and Kering Group to optimize financial performance.
- Deliver sound budgeting and forecasting biannually and prepare EVA for new stores and business development.
- Facilitate financial activities, leveraging internal teams and overseeing audits.
- Ensure compliance with KGAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop business flows and mitigate risks.
- Lead profit analysis and business performance review meetings.
- Support actual monthly and year-end closing reports and financial variance analysis.
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts, reporting relevant data.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, and variance analytics.
- SAP knowledge and implementation experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Native Korean speaker with fluent English skills.
- Strong analytical and logical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and process orientation.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proactive attitude with a hands-on mentality.
A minimum of 7 years in finance, with a focus on FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and business analytics.
