1. Support the establishment of a robust FP&A team to aid Kering Group functions and emerging brands in Korea.
2. Ensure timely and accurate consolidation and corporate reporting to the group using HFM (Hyperion).
3. Streamline budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with regional and global teams, enhancing reports and dashboards with business intelligence solutions.
4. Participate in Business Intelligence transformation and SAP implementation projects, designing new KPIs and dashboards to model performance drivers.
5. Provide monthly financial analysis to brands and Kering Group, optimizing financial performance in sales, margin, EBIT, and cash flow.
6. Facilitate financial activities for brands, ensuring compliance with KGAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
7. Lead profit analysis and business performance review meetings.
8. Support monthly and year-end closing reports and financial variance analysis.
9. Prepare annual budgets and forecasts, reporting relevant data to management.
10. Communicate financial insights and recommendations to FP&A teams and brand management.
11. Design and monitor action plans for sales, margin, profit, and cash flow improvements.
12. Maintain effective communication with regional and global headquarters to enhance financial performance in the Korean market.

1. Minimum of 7 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A functions.
2. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, and variance analysis.
3. Proficiency in SAP and experience with SAP implementation is advantageous.
4. Strong command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
5. Native Korean speaker with fluent English communication skills.
