Kering FP&A Analyst

1. Support the establishment of a strong FP&A team for Kering Group functions and emerging brands in Korea.
2. Ensure quality and timeliness of consolidation and corporate reporting using HFM (Hyperion).
3. Streamline budget and forecast processes with regional and global teams.
4. Improve reports and dashboards using business intelligence solutions.
5. Participate in Business Intelligence transformation and SAP implementation projects.
6. Provide timely and reliable financial analysis to brands and Kering group.
7. Deliver sound budgeting and forecasting, and prepare EVA for new stores and business development.
8. Facilitate financial activities of brands, ensuring compliance with KGAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
9. Conduct profit analysis and lead business performance review meetings.
10. Support monthly and year-end closing reports and financial analysis of variances.
11. Prepare next year's budget and forecast.

1. Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A function.
2. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, and variance analytics.
3. SAP knowledge and implementation experience is a plus.
4. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
5. Korean native speaker with fluent written and verbal English skills.
