1. Prepare color mixtures and finishing products based on existing formulas.
2. Apply preparations, finishes, and effects manually or using machinery such as presses, plates, automatic sprayers, and sprays.
3. Ensure the drying process achieves a high-quality finish.
4. Contribute to the development of new collections.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in leather, fashion, or craftsmanship is essential.
