Kering Financial Systems Analyst

- Serve as an expert in Oracle EPM Planning, managing system operations and participating in tool evolution and deployment projects.
- Provide support to Kering's financial teams and brands during the use of the planning tool.
- Organize and oversee recurring activities aligned with the group's reporting deadlines.
- Collaborate with business teams, partners, integrators, and IT for user-requested developments and specifications.
- Coordinate with the Financial Control Department's project team on tool evolution and project roadmaps.
- Manage interfaces between the planning tool and other group systems.
- Assist Controlling and Consolidation teams in producing financial reports and analyses.
- Draft procedural documentation and continuously improve tool administration processes.
- Train new team members.
- Strong interest in finance with a background in financial environments such as management control, consolidation, or reporting.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial planning system implementation and configuration projects (e.g., Hyperion Planning, PBCS, EPM Planning).
- Excellent IT skills

- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English
A minimum of 3 years' experience in financial planning system implementation and configuration projects is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, preferably with a finance specialization or equivalent university degree.
