Kering Financial Systems Analyst

- Serve as the expert for Oracle EPM Planning within the financial systems team.
 - Manage system operations and participate in the evolution and deployment of new modules.
 - Provide support to Kering's financial teams during system usage phases.
 - Organize and oversee recurring activities aligned with the group's reporting deadlines.
 - Collaborate with business teams, partners, integrators, and IT for user-requested developments.
 - Coordinate with the Financial Control Directorate's project team on the tool's roadmap.
 - Manage interfaces between the tool and other group systems.
 - Assist Controlling and Consolidation teams in producing financial reports and analyses.
 - Document procedures and continuously improve system administration processes.
 - Train new team members.
 
- Strong interest in finance with experience in financial environments such as management control, consolidation, or reporting.
 - Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning system implementation and configuration projects.
 - Degree in business or engineering with a finance focus or equivalent.
 - Proficiency in English.
 
- Excellent IT skills.
 - Problem-solving aptitude with a practical and organized approach.
 - Strong oral and written communication skills.
 
A minimum of 3 years in financial planning system implementation and configuration projects, specifically with tools like Hyperion Planning, PBCS, or EPM Planning.
Degree in business or engineering with a finance focus or equivalent.
