1. Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of statutory financial reporting packages in compliance with Group reporting principles.
2. Collaborate with the Accounting team to prepare financial statements, including accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
3. Support consolidation activities and intercompany reconciliations.
4. Develop and enhance internal controls related to financial reporting.
5. Liaise with internal stakeholders to collect financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
6. Contribute to the creation of the Budget, Forecast, and Business Plan by analyzing departmental figures.
7. Monitor Budget/Forecast performance and analyze variances against actual figures.
8. Prepare for monthly operational calls and Budget/Forecast review meetings.
9. Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
10. Assist with other finance-related tasks and projects.
11. Support the Business Intelligence process and its evolution.
12. Aid the retail team in producing retail KPIs and business performance reports.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial reporting, accounting, or audit
3. Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems such as Oracle NetSuite
4. Fluency in written and spoken English

A minimum of 3 years in financial reporting, accounting, or audit is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
