1. Manage finance and accounting operations for daily accounting activities.
2. Develop budgets and landing forecasts through business analysis and collaboration with management and various departments.
3. Produce financial reports, including benchmark analysis, for headquarters and management.
4. Research technical accounting issues and establish standardized procedures for the group.
5. Support month-end and year-end accounting closing processes.
6. Develop business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
7. Perform daily accounting duties and ad hoc assignments as needed.
8. Communicate with brands regarding cost allocation from shared services.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
2. Over 3 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within the luxury retail industry.
3. Over 2 years of experience as a General Ledger accounting staff.
4. Audit or internal control experience is preferred but not mandatory.

1. Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
2. Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is preferred.
3. Excellent communication, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
6. Business-level proficiency in English.
7. Familiarity with IFRS, JPGAAP, and tax regulations.
8. Experience with JDE or AS400 is advantageous.

Over 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a preference for candidates with luxury retail industry experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
