Kering Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

- Manage finance and accounting operations for daily accounting activities.
- Develop budgets and landing forecasts through business analysis and collaboration with management and various departments.
- Produce financial reports, including benchmark analysis, for headquarters and management.
- Research technical accounting issues and establish standardized procedures for the group.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting closing processes.
- Develop business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Perform daily accounting duties and ad hoc assignments as needed.
- Communicate with brands regarding cost allocation from shared services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Over 3 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within the luxury retail industry.
- Over 2 years of experience as a General Ledger accounting staff.
- Audit or internal control experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with IFRS, JPGAAP, and tax regulations.
- Experience with JDE or AS400 is advantageous.
Over 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a preference for candidates with luxury retail industry experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
