- Lead and contribute to financial analysis for an expanded scope, ensuring data quality, reliability, and relevance.
- Supervise a team of analysts and serve as the primary contact for financial controllers within the Houses.
- Enhance financial processes and support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct operational tasks to ensure qualitative financial data reporting in the consolidation tool, adhering to IFRS standards.
- Organize, prioritize, and oversee daily tasks of the FP&A team.
- Ensure smooth monthly closures for the entities within the scope.
- Provide technical support and expert guidance on complex issues.
- Review monthly reports, financial analyses, and budget deliverables.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with IFRS standards and internal requirements.
- Maintain high data reliability communicated to financial management.
- Mentor, train, and coach team members through workshops, regular meetings, and individualized feedback.
- Identify skill development needs and propose appropriate actions.
- Manage cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Define objectives, structure planning, coordinate stakeholders, and monitor project progress.
- Review and optimize FP&A processes and tools, including automation and practice harmonization.
- Implement and monitor relevant KPIs to measure team and process performance.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or management control (DSCG, CCA, specialized Master's, etc.).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in audit, accounting, or financial control in an international setting.
- Proven experience in FP&A, ideally with multi-entity management and IFRS consolidation.
- Initial managerial or team leadership experience.
- Excellent command of ERP systems (ideally SAP), consolidation tools (HFM or equivalent), and advanced Excel skills.
- Analytical capability, precision, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in another European language is an advantage.
- Affinity for demanding environments and adherence to deadlines.
A minimum of 5 years in audit, accounting, or financial control, with a focus on FP&A and IFRS consolidation.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or management control.
