- Collaborate with global and EMEA financial shared services teams to implement finance transformation initiatives locally.
- Lead the transition towards continuous accounting and expedited closing processes, utilizing new tools in collaboration with YSL brand and finance teams.
- Monitor and communicate monthly closing quality, defining corrective actions with brand and regional finance teams.
- Organize team roles to enhance process expertise, improving efficiency and financial reporting quality.
- Maintain SAP analytical structures for YSL in alignment with group models for UK entities.
- Support UK market brand management by delivering reliable reporting, budgeting insights, and finance expertise on local activities.
- Manage and deliver month-end reporting submissions in HFM, ensuring accuracy and data quality.
- Respond to divisional queries and support daily finance operations with divisional finance teams.
- Foster strong relationships with brand finance to ensure service excellence from the shared service centre.
- Ensure compliant filing of local statutory financial statements.
- Respond to internal and external audit requests.
- Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and training for team members.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with over 10 years of experience in audit or retail.
- Experience in shared services or complex matrix organizations.
- Proven track record in finance process improvement and system implementation, preferably with SAP, Hyperion, and Blackline.
- Proficiency in IT and process-driven methodologies with knowledge of Power BI.
- Strong understanding of retail lease accounting (IFRS16) and the retail industry.
Over 10 years of experience in audit or retail finance roles, with a focus on shared services or complex matrix organizations.
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification required.
