Kering Financial Communications Coordinator

- Coordinate and organize meetings with internal and external stakeholders of the Financial Communications department, including investor and analyst requests.
- Prepare and manage investor roadshows and update databases accordingly.
- Coordinate and manage team travel arrangements both domestically and internationally.
- Assist in organizing the publication of quarterly reports.
- Oversee the identification, targeting, and reporting of institutional shareholders.
- Manage individual shareholder relations, including requests and participation in the Annual General Meeting.
- Administer the department's budget and ensure its administrative operations, including meeting schedules.
- Contribute to the evolution of existing systems and processes.
- Proven experience in Executive Assistance.
- Fluency in written and spoken French.
- Proficiency in English communication, both oral and written. International experience or experience in an international environment is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proactive in suggesting improvements to existing processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, dynamic, and a team player.
Proven experience in Executive Assistance, preferably within a financial communications or investor relations context.
