- Prepare monthly management reports.
- Analyze monthly variances and conduct regular reforecasts to identify profit risks and opportunities.
- Oversee biannual budget preparation.
- Support timely execution of P2P, O2C, and R2R team projects.
- Enhance FP&A support for emerging brands by streamlining budget and forecast processes and improving reports and dashboards with business intelligence solutions.
- Assist in the redesign of KFSSC processes for Taiwan, ensuring local legal requirements are integrated into the transformation scope.
- Complete ad hoc assignments as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the accounting field; retail experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Passion for learning and professional development.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
A minimum of four years in the accounting sector, preferably with exposure to the retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
