1. Prepare monthly management reports.
2. Analyze monthly variances and conduct regular reforecasts to identify profit risks and opportunities.
3. Oversee biannual budget preparation.
4. Support timely execution of P2P, O2C, and R2R team projects.
5. Enhance FP&A support for emerging brands by streamlining budget and forecast processes and improving reports and dashboards with business intelligence solutions.
6. Assist in the redesign of KFSSC processes for Taiwan, ensuring local legal requirements are integrated into the transformation scope.
7. Complete ad hoc assignments as required.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in the accounting field; retail experience is advantageous.

1. Strong communication and coordination abilities.
2. Passion for learning and professional development.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel.
4. Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

A minimum of four years in the accounting sector, preferably with exposure to the retail industry.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
