Kering Financial Analyst

- Critically assess the quality of financial statements and ensure compliance with IFRS standards.
- Identify and rectify anomalies in financial data and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Provide high-quality financial analyses to brand controllers and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure reliability of data within the budgeting tool and monitor budget versus actual variances.
- Support brand controllers in analyzing budget discrepancies and contribute to process enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in audit or accounting firms or international corporate environments.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP, and consolidation software, ideally HFM.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in an additional European language is advantageous.
- Analytical skills with a focus on financial processes and data flows.
- Ability to adapt and contribute to evolving team dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Capacity to deliver results under tight deadlines.
A minimum of one year of experience in audit, accounting, or financial analysis within an international setting is required. Experience in a Shared Services Center is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
