1. Critically assess the quality of financial statements and ensure compliance with IFRS standards.
2. Identify and rectify anomalies in financial data and ensure timely submission of reports.
3. Provide high-quality financial analyses to brand controllers and suggest process improvements.
4. Ensure reliability of data within the budgeting tool and monitor budget versus actual variances.
5. Support brand controllers in analyzing budget discrepancies and contribute to process enhancements.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Prior experience in audit or accounting firms or international corporate environments.
3. Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP, and consolidation software, ideally HFM.
4. Strong command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in an additional European language is advantageous.

1. Analytical skills with a focus on financial processes and data flows.
2. Ability to adapt and contribute to evolving team dynamics.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
4. Capacity to deliver results under tight deadlines.

A minimum of one year of experience in audit, accounting, or financial analysis within an international setting is required. Experience in a Shared Services Center is advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
