1. Manage finance and accounting operations for daily accounting tasks.
2. Develop budgets and forecasts by analyzing business data and collaborating with management and various departments.
3. Produce financial reports, including benchmark analysis, and present findings to headquarters and management.
4. Research technical accounting issues and establish standardized procedures.
5. Support month-end and year-end accounting closing processes.
6. Enhance business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
7. Perform daily accounting duties and handle ad hoc assignments.
8. Communicate with brands regarding cost allocations from shared services.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
2. Over 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
3. Over 2 years of experience in General Ledger accounting.
4. Audit or internal control experience is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
2. Knowledge of SAP, Hyperion HFM, or similar systems is preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Business-level proficiency in English.
6. Familiarity with IFRS, JPGAAP, and tax regulations.

A minimum of 3 years in Financial Planning and Analysis and 2 years in General Ledger accounting, preferably within the luxury retail industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
