Kering Finance Reporting and Control Specialist

- Manage finance and accounting operations for daily accounting tasks.
- Develop budgets and forecasts by analyzing business data and collaborating with management and various departments.
- Produce financial reports, including benchmark analysis, and present findings to headquarters and management.
- Research technical accounting issues and establish standardized procedures.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting closing processes.
- Enhance business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
- Perform daily accounting duties and handle ad hoc assignments.
- Communicate with brands regarding cost allocations from shared services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Over 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
- Over 2 years of experience in General Ledger accounting.
- Audit or internal control experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of SAP, Hyperion HFM, or similar systems is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with IFRS, JPGAAP, and tax regulations.
A minimum of 3 years in Financial Planning and Analysis and 2 years in General Ledger accounting, preferably within the luxury retail industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
