- Participate in the establishment and dissemination of the Group's accounting principles.
- Contribute actively to the consolidation process and support financial projects.
- Engage in the animation of the Group's financial reporting network and dissemination of applicable standards and best practices.
- Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of the Group Reporting Manual (IFRS).
- Participate in the creation of technical alerts and newsletters on current accounting topics.
- Contribute to the annual closing and review of financial statement notes.
- Assist in improving the reconciliation process of consolidation entries with statutory entries.
- Support the monitoring of lease contracts in collaboration with local teams (IFRS 16 lease management).
- Participate in regulatory and normative monitoring based on current developments.
- Contribute to the implementation of new applicable standards/amendments, particularly the upcoming IFRS 18.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree with a specialization in Finance/Accounting (such as Master CCA, Business School, or Management University).
- Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Interest in operational projects for improving accounting and financial processes and systems.
- Keen interest in normative and regulatory topics (IFRS and French standards).
- Demonstrated rigor and analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in office tools and eagerness to learn new tools.
- Curiosity and proactivity.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in finance and accounting is essential.
Master's degree in progress, specializing in Finance/Accounting.
